1. 有效地使用Allegis独有的人才搜寻功能和筛选方法;
2. 形成有效的人才寻访策略来建立人才库和候选人网络;
3. 与候选人之间建立联系并维护深厚的职业咨询关系;
4. 协助猎头顾问按照客户要求从人才库中筛选合适候选人;
5. 不断获取市场最新讯息,包括职位推荐与业务推荐;
6. 为候选人做背景调查以及撰写候选人简历报告;
7. 在人才招聘工作中不断获取必要的招聘数据信息等。

1. 专业不限,全日制本科以上(含本科)学历;
2. 普通话标准,且具有良好的英语写作与口语能力;
3. 有跨国公司实习经验者优先;

Responsibilities
• Develop effective sourcing strategies to build talent pools and candidate networks;
• Develop and maintain strong candidate relationships;
• Provide support to Consultants to deliver candidates from the talent pool for specific client assignments;
• Consistently capture market intelligence, including job leads and referrals;
• Conduct reference checks and prepare candidate reports;
• Consistently capture all required data in the Recruitment Workspace.

Requirements
• Bachelor degree in any discipline from a well recognized university
• Native Mandarin speaker with fluent spoken and written English (understanding of other Asian languages would be an added advantage)
• Proven internship experience working within an MNC or corporate environment in any industry sector either in China or overseas
• Able to communicate with people coming from all levels as well as different cultural backgrounds
• Good business sense and common sense
• Sound understanding of business environment and cultural differences in China
• Able to work under a stressful working environment
• Permit to work in China
• Good sense of integrity, self discipline and sound knowledge of business ethics
• Eager to develop your career as a recruitment professional
• Good logical thinking and strong sense of responsibility
• Well versed with MS Office applications and social media portals i.e.: LinkedIn
