1, Arrange travel through internal or outside agents;
2, Prepare itinerary, trip file and supplies ;
3, Prepare expense report tools;
4, Complete expense reports after trip;
5, Support projects’ paper work, eg. meeting note, data transmission, documentation preparation;
6, Handle office administrative for director and PM related persons, eg. maintain calendar, agenda management, meeting arrangement, reimbursement and etc;
8, Other tasks assigned.
Requirements:
1. bachelor’s degree
2. grade 2 or grade 3 student
3. open-minded and patient
4. good English
