Lam has been supporting the development of the semiconductor industry in China for over 20 years. Today, we have seven offices employing nearly 250 people, and our investment in the country has steadily increased over the years, as demonstrated by a 35% increase in spending on operations in China from 2013 to 2015. Lam has an installed base of more than 3,300 process modules in China, supplying many of the critical systems required to form, pattern, and clean semiconductor devices, and our revenue in China totaled more than US$950 million in calendar year 2015.

The products include components critical to Lam’s deposition and etch equipment, including RF generators and silicon parts for the process modules.
