岗位职责:
1. 负责银行核心基础架构的日常运维,平台包括Windows/Unix服务器,存储设备以及备份系统;
2. 对服务器平台进行故障监控,按照故障管理流程及时响应故障并做一线处理;
3. 支持全国各分支行及数据中心系统平台软硬件维护以及变更;
4. 对银行核心基础架构提供7*24支持服务。
岗位要求:
1. 计算机/通信相关专业;
2. 具有良好的沟通交流能力以及团队协作能力;
3. 对Windows及Unix系统感兴趣,希望往系统运维方向发展;
4. 英语能力良好,能够用英语进行简单交流;
5. 有MCSE或RHCE相关证书者优先。
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Working in bank platform 7 *24
2. Working independently on Wintel/Unix server (Win-based OS system and Unix/Linux OS system) and Datacenter daily operation
3. Conduct virtual operation (remote) model to provide 1st level support on multi-site system support, which is including server monitoring, proactive maintenance, and problem resolution or escalation.
4. Follow policies and procedures for infrastructure administration and problem resolution
5. Backup system (Veritas NBU) management, maintenance and troubleshooting
Skills Required
1. IT or engineering related university degree
2. Solid Microsoft Win-based knowledge and practical working experience
3. Solid Unix knowledge and practical working experience on system operation and integration
4. 3 years working experience for a daily operation on medium or large environment:
5. Experience on systems monitoring/management tools
6. Good English, both oral and written
a. Windows 2003 /Window 2008 Active Directory
b. Exchange mail systems
c. Multi-terabyte file systems (preferably EMC)
d. HP/IBM hardware technologies
e. Windows Terminal servers or Citrix servers
f. Backup systems (including tape technology and VTL/PTL)
g. Unix/Linux administration |
