Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. Good competence to communicate, express and execute;
3. Work actively and takes initiative, work efficiently under pressure and maintain team spirit;
4. Fluent in Chinese & English communication skills;
5. English proficiency basic requirements: CET-6 / TOEIC 750 / IELTS 6.

Job Description & Qualifications：

1. Implement the development award and promoting program of distributors and ensure quality of project execution;
2. Collect and analyze the information of award plan for distributors. Promote and execute the plan, draw conclusions and provide suggestions to assist decision making; Provide consultation to EPs;
3. Draw conclusions and provide suggestions to assist decision making for management based on the business performance information of distributors;
4. Implement the recognition program for distributors, ensure the quality and effectiveness to encourage distributors to establish advanced business target.
