Responsibilities工作职责：
-Design or improving driving and controlling system/platform for AC(corded) or DC(cordless) power tools, including hardware (circuit design, component selection and PCB layout etc.) design and software (Assemble or C language etc.) programming based on project requirements;
根据项目要求，为交流（有绳）或直流（无绳）电动工具设计（或改善）驱动及控制系统或平台，包括硬件(原理图设计、元器件选型及印制线路板设计等) 设计和软件（汇编或C语言等）编程；
-Support purchasing team to do detail quotation comparison from technical and cost view point and do deep technical discussion with different suppliers for selecting most suitable one;
支持采购团队，和相关供应商进行深入技术讨论，并从技术及成本角度对供应商报价进行详细对比，协助选出最合适供应商；
-Provide quality/test requirements for OEM suppliers as well as support quality team to setup related quality assurance criterion such as incoming inspection, in-line testing and finish goods testing etc.;
为相关供应商提供产品的质量及测试要求，并支持质量团队建立相关质量保证系统，包括产品的进货检验、在线检验及成品检验等标准要求；
-Release and manage R&D documentation (design book, test plan and other engineering related documents for meeting project and company information system requirements etc.);
输出、管理或支持相关研发文档的建立或修改，包括产品设计要求书，产品测试、验证及放行计划书，及为满足项目及公司信息系统要求的其它工程文档；
-Cooperate with other project team members from cross functions/locations including global team during product development process for ensuring projects’ success.
与其它来自不同部门或不同区域（包括全球其它区域）的项目团队一起相互协作，确保项目成功完成。
Requirements 任职要求：
-Bachelor degree or above, major in Electronics, Automation, or related fields;
电子、自动化或相关专业本科及以上学历；
-Working experience related to electronics development with robust design is preferred. Excellent graduates can be considered as well;
有电子产品开发及可靠性设计经验的优先考虑，但优秀应届生也可以考虑；
-Knowledge of designing both analog and digital circuits is required;
要求掌握模拟及数字电路设计相关知识；
-Knowledge of using different kinds of microcontrollers such as Microchip, ST and TI etc. is required;
要求掌握微控制器相关应用知识，如Microchip，ST或TI 等平台；
-Knowledge of motors, such as DC motor, AC motor or BLDC, is preferred;
掌握电机相关知识（如直流电机、交流电机或无刷电机等）的优先考虑；
-Motor drive system developing experience is preferred;
有电机驱动系统开发经验的优先考虑；
-Power supply design experience is preferred;
有电源系统设计经验的优先考虑；
-Battery management system design experience is preferred;
有电池管理系统设计经验的优先考虑；
-Expected to have good communication skill and team spirit, fast learning, adapting as well as anti-pressure ability, open mind and be willing to take challenges;
