Job Responsibilities: 工作职责：
-Involved in developing control strategies for HEV/EV
-参与混合动力以及纯电动整车控制策略的开发
-Involved in software code generation and software integration for HEV/EV vehicle control unit.
-参与混合动力以及纯电动整车控制器软件代码生成及代码集成
-involved in HEV/EV vehicle control unit software testing of model in the loop, hardware in the loop, etc
-参与混合动力以及纯电动整车控制器软件模型在环测试以及硬件在环测试等测试
Job Requirements:
岗位要求：
-Master degree in computer science, electrical engineering, automotive engineering (or related engineering field )
-计算机、电气工程、汽车工程或相关专业
-Knowledge of software development tools, e.g. Matlab/ Simulink or ASCET, etc.
-熟悉运用相关软件开发工具，如：Matlab/ Simulink 或者 ASCET等
-Be capable of using oscilloscope/signal generator or other instruments to conduct software test
-能使用示波器/信号发生器以及其它相关软件测试工具
-Knowledge on mechanics, automotive technology is a plus
-熟悉机械和汽车相关技术者优先
-Automotive software (e.g. HCU SW) development or simulation experience is a plus
-具有汽车相关软件开发（例如:混合动力控制器软件开发）或者仿真经验者优先
-Self-motivated, excellent communication skills and team work spirit;
-积极主动，优秀的沟通能力和团队合作精神
-Good English skills, German language is a plus
-要求英语好，会德语者优先
-Willingness to work and interact in international teams.
-积极融入并在国际化的团队中发挥作用
-Ability and willingness for frequent travel inside and outside China
-愿意经常在国内外出差
