Plant Engineer Trainee /工厂工程培训生

Working Location: 上海漕泾
Geographical Coverage: Greater China

RESPONSIBILITIES
工作职责

1.Provide technical and some administrative assistance to the Plant Engineering department
为工厂工程部门提供技术及行政支持；
2.Assist with the coordination and documentation of preventive maintenance and routine maintenance tasks
协调并对预防性维护及常规维护任务记录归档；
3.Learn, understand and apply purchasing requirements for Evonik and other purchasing regulations and guidelines
学习并了解公司采购要求及其他采购法规及指导原则
4.Learn, understand and apply material management strategies as to spare parts
学习并了解物料管理政策；
5.Learn, understand and apply special equipment regulations and management
学习并了解特定的设备管理规则
6.Supports and maintains accurate data and attention to detail to keep cost under control
支持并确保数据准确性，注重成本控制

REQUIREMENTS
职位需求

1.Bachelor Degree or above in an Engineering Field
大学本科学历及以上，工程相关专业
2.Average to good communication in English (German, Japanese, or Korean also a plus)
英语（德语、日语或韩语优先）沟通良好
3.Strong communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills, able to work in cross-cultural
environment
良好的沟通技巧，能够在跨文化的环境下工作
4.Very good organizational skills
良好的组织技能
5.Demonstrate accountability and ownership for the work
