Sr. PIE Engineer (Alpha) 1名
Key responsibilities:
1) Support new project in the DFMEA, PFMEA;
2) Design and establish the Process Flow/Process Control Plan with the PCP team for the new products;
3) Design and establish the line layout /working instruction;
4) Design and establish process jigs & fixtures for the new products and control the expenses;
5) Lead and evaluate trial runs and follow up the open actions with PCP team before the mass production;
6) Ensure the output/scrap of new product are meeting the target together with the PCP team and confirm the maturity of the new product for mass production;
7) Support the analysis of defects and provide the inputs for the root cause of the defect. Trouble-shooting and work with relative colleagues for the problem solving when necessary;
8) Continuously improve the present manufacturing or production processes to boost productivity, quality, and profitability for the company.
Requirements:
1) Bachelor Degree with major in Electronics or Mechanics Engineering;
2) More than 5 years of working experience in power supply or electronic industry of IE/PE engineering;
3) Expertise / Skills: Knowledge of problem solving tool like SE, DOE; Lean concept like 6 sigma, VSM;
4) Good English / Chinese verbal and written communication capability;
5) Can be used to long time business trip.
Senior Mechanical Design Engineer 1名
Key Responsibilities:
1. Charger product design using UG NX in Team center;
2. New products design tolerance/DFMEA analysis and optimization;
3. New product approval, include plastic, metal and other component;
4. Plastic part tooling approval and optimization;
5. Sample build follow up and resolve failure in production.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree, good command of Chinese & English;
2. Over 3 years of experience in Electronic products mechanical design;
3. Familiar with products design procedure;
4. Familiar with plastic/metal component design and tool construction, manufacture;
5. Familiar with general plastic/metal material;
6. It's priority to operate UG NX or up expertly.

主要职责：
1.印刷电路板设计和优化 ；
PWB layout design and optimization;
2.印刷电路板拼板设计和优化 ；
PWB panel design and optimization;
3.印刷电路板设计检查表跟进；
PWB check list following and coordination;
4.印刷电路板相关问题的分析；
PWB related issue analysis and lesson learning,like drop test failure analysis ;

Senior Electronic Engineer(高级电子工程师) 1名
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and motivate a group of electronics design team;
2. Approve PWB design and electronics design according to check list;
3. Organize electronics design review with china and Finland colleagues;
4. Support and monitor team member design to keep good design quality and schedule;
5. Support and implement design review procedure and check list to project design;
6. Pre-electronics design for some new projects or high risk projects;
7. Attend project or customer meeting as representative.
Requirements:
1. University with major in electronics engineering;
2. English, able to have design review meeting with Finland HQ;
3. 5 years design experience for small power supply (3w to 60w), especially for mobile-phone charger;
4. Master transformer design and EMI optimization (No-Y cap design);
5. Team leader experience is preferred.
Senior Material Technical Engineer 高级材料技术工程师 1名
Key Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for materials research and device development for Power Supply technologies (Transformer, Charger, etc)
1.
Research and development of new materials for Power Supply devices and technologies.
2.
Material selection for Power Supplies.
3.
Perform materials & device characterisation
4.
Implement new technologies, products and analytical methodologies and instrumentation.
Requirements:
1.
Master degree or above in Materials Science, Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline;
2.
Solid knowledge and 5 years hands-on work experience in electrical field with Power Supply preferred;
3.
Strong analytical & trouble shooting skills and computer literacy;
4.
Ability to make sound technical decisions and work independently as team player;
5.
Fluent speaking and writing in English.
