YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES We can give you great opportunities to improve your skills and develop new ones: · Learn and understand global Resource, Staffing and Workload (RS&W) tools for global resourcing database usage · Work with Cycle Planning team to understand each Cycle Plan iteration in detail · Work with various stakeholders (Cycle Planning, Finance, Vehicle Planning, Powertrain Planning, Engineering, etc) around the globe to plan the engineering resource for programs in the cycle plan, including calendarization, costing and deployment. · Ensure the calendarization and RS&W tools show data that is accurate and realistic programs · Identify, diagnose and address issues with program resources · Ensure alignment with all global Resource Planning tools and processes and help to develop plans to address existing known issues · Support the Engineering Budget Development by functions by locations to ensure accuracy in staffing plans for program allocation · Support the PD budget deployment process by providing required breakdown data inputs |
OUR REQUIREMENTS If you want to help us create tomorrow’s leaders you’ll need: · Bachelor of Business, Finance or Engineering, with a post-graduate qualification being advantageous · Strong numerical reasoning skills and great attention to detail · Advanced skills in MS-Office: Excel, Access, Power Point, etc. · Excellent communication skill and demonstrated initiative with integrity, teamwork orientation, and high intelligence level · Solid written and verbal communication skills · Internship experience in Auto Industry preferred |
