YOUR   RESPONSIBILITIES

·   Represent Manufacturing at  program meeting.

·   Facilitate/coordinate weekly  timing chart, meeting agenda and packages.

·   Lead/assist on updating /  publishing various program review decks and databases.

·   Develop & Maintain program  master schedules and detailed Microsoft Project schedules.

·   Coordinate & update monthly  collection of Safety / Quality / Delivery / Cost / Morale / Environment   inputs to Scorecards.

·   Coordinate the Machine  Tryout – Make like Production Part Ordering process and track status.

OUR REQUIREMENTS

If you want to help us create tomorrow’s leaders   you’ll need:

·  Bachelor degree or above in Engineering or Business.

·  Fluent in both oral and written English.

·  Good usage of Microsoft office (especially Excel and   Project).

·  Ability to interface effectively with all levels of   the organization.

·  Excellent communication skill and demonstrate   initiative with integrity, teamwork orientation, and high intelligence level.

·  Internship experience in Auto Industry preferred.
