Citi is looking for full-time Master’s to join the country ManagementAssociate Program in our Global Consumer Bank (GCB) in China. GCB operates fourbusiness lines: Branded Cards, Retail Services, Retail Banking and CommercialBanking. The Management Associate Program is a flagship 24-month leadershipdevelopment program with rotations across Citi’s business teams.

We provide you with the knowledge and skills youneed to succeed.

We’re committed to teaching youthe ropes. The Management Associate Program trains and cultivates key playersin today’s changing economic environment. Management Associates completedevelopment-focused rotations as well as with structured classroom training andmentoring. Additionally, Management Associates have access to individualdevelopment resources including continuous skills training and dedicatedmentorship throughout the program. The Management Associate Program starts inJuly annually with intensive training that will provide essential skillsknowledge as well as a comprehensive orientation to Citi’s culture. Afterinitial training, participants will rotate across business areas to gain acomprehensive understanding of Citi.

We want to hear from you if:

- A recent graduate or finalyear student with a Master’s degree from a top academic institution with lessthan 2 years working experience
- You have demonstrated strong leadership; teamwork; and communication skills
- You have a strong understanding of the global banking landscape and place apriority on client service
