Responsibilities
1. Assign labor cost into each department based on HR document, book into right accounts.
2. Book actual expense related general cost into right accounts in time to meet the closing date.
3. Maintain accrue expense/prepaid expense/other receivable/other payable/personal advance report monthly on time.
4. Collect and prepare actual expenses of each department monthly and compare with Budget/ Forecast with variance analysis to accounting manager
5. Maintain monthly exchange rate according to official foreign exchange rate in ERP system.
6. Be sure of all the invoices/bank slips are attached in the voucher.
7. Other works given by financial controller or accounting manager/ supervisor.
Qualifications
1. University degree major in Accounting
2. Understanding PRC Accounting and IFAS principal, PRC Tax laws and regulations, SAFE regulations, Customs regulations
3. Familiar with Accounting software especially in ERP/ Hyperion system, as well as MS-Office packages;
4. A member of teamwork and excellent apprehensibility
5. Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
