PlayFACTO,focuses on the development of mathematical thinking for children 3-10 years old. PlayFACTO has adopted the American core math teaching concept of focusing on the cultivation of thinking processes. It uses patented teaching materials developed over 10 years by the Korean Mathtian Institute, is structured around interesting and practical competitive math games, and follows an integrated math teaching plan suitable for the cognitive features of Chinese students.
Through the intuitive teaching materials, unique group games and the visualizing and thinking lessons, we are helping children to break out of the boring math teaching method of repeated exercised, and get into a more effective math learning mode. We will help the children build math knowledge easily, and cultivate clear, complete and strategic thinking.
PlayFACTO is directly applied to the school curriculum in the United States, Thailand, Japan, Korea and other countries. Also as the ASA course cooperate with lots of the international school and educational services in Beijing. Such as: BCIS, DayStar Academy, Peide International School, IDEAS Camps, etc.

一、招聘职位：教学老师 薪酬范围：日薪100元（不含课时费）
工作职责：
1、分析学生特点编写教学计划，准备教案，提前备课；
2、针对学生情况为其个性化授课，遵守课堂纪律，善于发现问题并及时处理；
3、遵守教师坐班制度、工作守则和中心的其他规章制度；
4、参与校区的教研交流、教学研究、集中备课、培训等工作；
5、积极参加中心组织的其他活动，完成上级领导布置的其他工作。
任职要求：
1、师范专业毕业优先，本科以上学历，数学科学毕业优先；
2、有数学教学经验或课外辅导经验优先；
3、五官端正，外形得体，有亲和力，有责任心，师德良好，态度积极；
4、普通话标准，表达能力强，思维灵活，善于沟通，兴趣广泛；
5、热爱教师工作，熟悉小学数学的课程设置和课本特点；
6、教姿教态端正；
7、善于掌握学生的心理特征和学习特点，能因材施教灵活教学，有创新的思维和能力，能开拓多种教学方式。
8、每周上班不低于4天，即周四至周日。
