职责Responsibilities:

• Lead sub-project product development team to develop competitive thermomanagement solutions based on market and customer requirements

• Plan, conduct and supervise development projects of thermomanagement modules

• Create competitive thermomanagement solutions by working with customers, KAM, sales, design, simulation and testing, return parts analysis, production, purchasing, and suppliers together

• Review customer and market requirements and propose solutions to customers

• Develop system FMEA, design verification plan, and work together with electrical and electronic application, design, simulation, testing, and return parts analysis team to make sure robustness of thermomanagement module

• Prepare and release product specification related to thermomanagement module

• Communicate with other regions to make sure the completion of development projects

• Support production, quality, and other functions to solve problems related to thermomanagement module

 

要求Requirements:

• PhD, majored in mechanical engineering, mechatronics engineering etc

• Good command of English or German both in speaking and writing

• Knowledge of thermomanagement and its impact to engine cooling system.

• Knowledge of vehicle, automotive engine, and its cooling system

• Knowledge of sensors, actuators, and mechatronic systems

• Knowledge of fluid mechanic and its simulation, testing

• Skill in project management to complete development projects

• Skill in negotiating; exchanging ideas, information and opinions with others to arrive jointly at decisions, conclusions or solutions

• Knowledge of product development processes and procedures (e.g. FMEA, Product Data Management, Change Management, Sample Ordering Process, etc.)

• Ability to learn continuously to finish job-related assignments
