Our finance team sits at the heart of the organization and works in partnership with the whole business to drive business planning, manage costs and maximize our cash flow. This helps us to generate new revenue for investment in research & development (R&D) and enhance returns for our shareholders.
About the Program
Our three-year rotational finance program combines practical work experience whilst studying for a professional qualification. This will equip you with the skills to develop a career within our global finance community. The Finance Future Leaders Program provides a solid foundation across key development roles throughout our organisation.
Juggling work and study for a finance qualification can be demanding but the rewards will be worth the hard work you put in. You will be fully supported throughout the program with your rotation Line Manager, coach, buddy, mentor, senior finance leaders and the central program team.
Requirements
We are looking for flexible individuals who have a keen interest in finance with the ability to be enterprise minded whilst being attentive to detail. Successful applicants will have excellent communication, influencing, relationship building and team working skills. In further details:
(1). Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Management Administration or Accountancy
(2).High capability in Maths, equivalent of Maths grade A at GCSE or A-Level
