Job Responsibilities:
Participate the training program which nominated by company, training contents could be optional from below area: Technology/Quality/Production/Project;/Industrial Engineering (6 sigma, product calculation, MTM, etc.)/Master Planning & Logistics/Factory Planning /Relocation/Maintenance
Review with Superior regularly for learning progress
Work on special project which required from Superior
Qualification Requirements
Master degree,Major in technical area (mechanical, industrial engineering, IT, mechatronics, business information systems, automation, logistics, etc.)
Fluent in English, German is a plus
High potential in expert direction, strong learning agility, open-minded, problem solving
Team cooperation spirits and willingness to change
Goal focus and think outside the box
Down-to-earth and willing to work in shop floor
Free on job rotation (within different work locations)
