Responsibilities工作职责:
-Technical service incl. but not limited to installation + installation support, commissioning + commissioning support, repairs, trouble shooting, operator training, maintenance
技术服务工作,包括但是不限于安装和 安装支持,调试和调试支持,维修,故障排除,运行培训,保养等;
-Technical support & management of distributors, service partners
对代理商和服务商的技术支持和管理;
-Technical analysis and evaluation of in-warranty + out of warranty claims
保修期内和保修期外产品的质量的技术分析和评估;
-Preparing of FOC requests
准备免费索赔的订单;
-Complaint dealing with + communication with relevant parties
投诉的处理,与相关部门的沟通;
-Spare parts and service promotion + sales
零配件和服务的促销和销售;
Requirements任职要求:
-Bachelor Degree in HVAC or related field
暖通或相关专业本科学历;
- Self-motivated, excellent communication skills and team spirit;
积极主动,优秀的沟通能力、和团队合作精神;
- Strong awareness of customer service
客户服务意识;
- English written and verbal;
英语听说读写流利;
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) ;
熟练使用办公软件(表格、演示文件、文档);
