Position: Manufacturing Trainee- Logistics

Job Responsibility

-Planning internal logistics mode   for every material operation (including the parts line feeding / supply   frequency / window time, etc.)

-Closely cooperate with ME, totally   involved in the entire process of the logistics aisle and rack design, build   lean material delivery system, fully consider the following factors: the line   side inventory, the transport distance of each part, space utilization. And   eliminate non-value-added contents.

-Based on production material   requirements planning, establishing an accurate logistic flow balance   diagram.

-Make statistics and summary the   PFEP database, maintenance the logistic system accurately and timely to   ensure a rigorous description of the actual on-site logistic status.

-Based on actual demand, calculate   the required resources of packaging, storage appliances, handling equipments.   Responsible for receiving confirmation of the packaging and equipments.   Ensure the timely maintenance of the packaging and equipments through the   effective use of supplier resources.

-Timely do the estimation and change   the logistic planning, invest of packaging and equipments when receiving any   relevant change information (including engineering change, on line station   change, stock station change, packaging change, etc.)

-Responsible for the timely   broadcasting to the on-site logistics of the logistic planning requirements   accurately, completely and timely.Qualification.

-规划各机型每种零部件厂内的物流运作模式（包括零件上线方式/供货频次/窗口时间等）

-与ME紧密配合，全程参与生产现场的物流通道、料架规划设计，建立精益的物料配送体系，充分考虑如下因素：线边库存量、零部件的运输距离、场地利用率。并消除不增值的工作内容。

-基于生产线物料需求计划，建立准确的流量平衡图。

-统计、汇总PFEP数据库，准确及时的维护到物流系统中，保证其对实际现场物流情况的严谨描述。

-基于实际需求，计算需要的搬运器具、存放器具、搬运设备。负责验收采购的器具、设备，并通过对供应商资源的有效利用，保证器具、设备的及时保养维护。

-当接到任何影响物流规划的变更通知时（包括工程变更、工位变更、库位变更、包装变更等），及时评估并更改规划及器具、设备投入，同时更新PFEP数据库。

-负责将相关的规划要求准确、完整、及时的发布到现场物流。

Qualification  

-English: Have good   reading and writing skills, fluency in oral communication.
软件：Word、Excel、Powerpoint   熟练使用；AutoCAD熟练使用；Software: Skilled   user of Word, Excel, Powerpoint and AutoCAD

- Logistics tools:   Deeply understanding and proficient use of logistic planning key tools,   including ABC classification method, logistic flow balance diagram, PFEP,   on-site planning diagram, etc.

-Others: Project plan   scheduling and schedule control; coordination ability.

-英语：具备良好的读写能力，能够流利的进行口语交流。

-物流工具：深刻理解并熟练掌握物流规划关键工具，包括：ABC分类法、流量平衡图、PFEP、线旁规划图等。

-其他：项目计划安排与节点掌控；一定的协调能力。
