要求
? 本科学历，工程/材料/机械/化学类等专业，硕士学位优先；
? 英语流利，会其他语言优先；
? 能够并愿意接受必要的国内或国际出差；
? 能妥善解决问题并具有跨文化意识。

培养计划：
- 入职培训:1个月
- 轮岗： 12个月
完成至少2个小项目， 每个项目为期6个月
- 内部定岗

Engineering Trainee Program
We are searching for young professional Engineers to participate in an elaborate one-year trainee program in preparation for a career with our international automotive company. Provided with a permanent contract from the start, you will pass several stations along the manufacturing process including: program management, sales and R&D disciplines within our core product lines (sealing, fuel & brake, fluid transfer and anti-vibration systems). You will receive support from experienced mentors within the Asia Pacific Leadership team along with opportunities to work abroad in Asia Pacific locations. Requirements
? Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Material and Chemicals, Master's Degree a plus
? Fluent in English, other European languages advantageous
? Able and willing to travel as necessary, both internationally and domestically
? Problem solving and intercultural awareness
