概述：
主要负责模具设计，新项目的模具设计，优化模具和模具的稳定生产。
岗位职责：
1.设计和开发塑料和橡胶挤出模具, 挤出模具和冷却块，以及挤压工具
2.在切割钢前优化模具设计的计算机有限元模拟研究
3.协调外部加工所需的模具
4.在开发生产过程中，协助工艺工程师完成挤出生产线的模具试验
5.为工艺工程师提供技术支持，帮助解决生产问题
技能和学历要求：
1.大学本科及以上学历，高分子材料和工程相关专业，具有一定的计算机辅助设计技能
2.具有基本的机械技能
3.有一定的挤出、注塑等知识
4.了解制造工艺，制造挤出模具或注塑模具
5.有汽车行业实习经验者优先
GENERAL SUMMARY:
Responsibility for die design, tooling design for new project, and optimize die and tooling for steady production.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Design and develop plastic and rubber extrusion tooling. Extrusion dies and cooling blocks, as well as Extrusion tools.
2. Run FEA simulation studies on the computer to optimize die design before cutting steel.
3. Coordinate outside machining required to make the tooling.
4. Follow the die trial on the extrusion line and assist process engineer in developing production process.
7. Provide technical support to process engineer to help resolve production problems.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
1. University degree in polymer material and engineering with CAD design skills.
2. Basic mechanical skills.
3. Some knowledge of extrusion, injection molding.
4. An understanding of the manufacturing process to make an extrusion die or an injection mold.
5. Internship experience in automobile industry will be preferable.
