Job Requirement
1. PhD degree holder in Mechnical, Optics, Physics or related engineering discipline.
2. Good knowledge of optical, laser, RF and material relative
3. Good oral and writing English, at least CET-6 English level.
4. Good hand on and strong practical and learning ability, self-motivated and good team player.
5. Willing to oversea travel for globe projects transfer/support.
Job Description
1. Responsible for advanced assembly process study and development for high end fiber optical components
2. Responsible for advanced package study and development for 200G, 400G and future higher bandwidth
3. Carry out the TIP program with R&D and other cross function team
4. Invole new PIP project process development and support NPI to Wuxi manufacture site.
