Job Description:
> Design mechanical / electromechanical components using 3D CAD tools (Catia V5) for automotive interior electronics products
> Develop mechanical drawing set (customer, manufacturing, supplier drawings) according to project timing and worldwide standards
> Closely work together with global manufacturing locations to ensure the proper line setup for the assigned projects
> Perform tolerance calculation for all assemblies to guarantee the proper fit of components
> Perform structural calculation for designs when needed and verify the results by doing engineering testing
> Cooperate with both local and worldwide suppliers for all purchased parts from concept phase until part release
Job Requirement：
> Bachelor degree, major in Mechanical Engineering or similar
> Internship experience in mechanical design of electronic products, automotive industry background is preferred
> Good knowledge of electronic products' related manufacturing processes (injection moulding, die casting, metal stamping, PCB making)
> Good communicator / team player, willing to take over coaching responsibility for new colleagues
> Well organized and good time management skills, capable and interested to work and communicate with foreign professionals in English
> Capability to deal with high work load situations
> Good presentation and explanation skills
