(Braking/Steering/Electronics)
Major Responsibilities
- Construction of mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic brake systems and system components.
- Create basic design in line with internal and customer requirements, specifications and guidelines according to instructions and cost targets.
- Documentation of the design and all other relevant processes according to Engineering and quality guidelines.
- Development and support for the Application of components on components systems.
- Creation of specifications for new components and systems.
- Utilize engineering disciplines including Six Sigma, DFMEA, DFM/DFA and CAE to develop robust design solutions
Requirement:
- Bachelor or Master Degree in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering or commercial.

(STC) Simulation/NVH Engineer Trainee (OSS)
Major Responsibilities
- Coordination of customers' project concerning the multidisciplinary task acoustics and
- Acoustic evaluation of occupant safety systems integrated in the vehicle at customer site: test planning and management of prototype setups, conception and surveillance of testing, evaluation and presentation of result as well as cooperation with other departments and external partners.
- Basic investigations: noise behaviour of occupant safety systems in vehicle.
Requirement:
- Graduate the master from majors of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, astronautics or physics focused on technical acoustics/ vibration Problem solving capability and drive for results.

- Support vehicle test team on control function related issues & perform stability analysis

Qualification

Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, commission, service and maintain the test equipments and the test fixtures/jigs/harnesses to the highest possible standard, with support from other engineers and/or outside contract resource as applicable to a project;
- Perform test set-ups for automotive safety electronics, steering electronics, braking electronics and driver assistance electronics for environmental, durability, EMC and functional tests.
- Responsible for the specification, implementation, and support of Functional Test Systems that satisfy technical, quality, and commercial needs of the business with the support from the engineers at headquarter.
- Produce test equipment solutions, ensuring optimum test performance, minimum test times, and commonality of design where possible while satisfying accuracy, Health Safety & Environmental, reliability, maintainability, usability, flexibility requirements;
- Provide support for the outsourced labs in terms of test set-up, test specification, continuous improvement activities, test yield improvement and equipment breakdowns.
