| 职位描述 | RESPONSIBILITIES The challenging assignments vary depending on project placement, but typically include: • Assisting with preparing pitch books and primary market updates • Participating actively in the execution of debt transactions including due diligence, documentation, road show arrangement and deal settlement • Performing researches on latest product developments and potential/existing business opportunities REQUIREMENTS • University or MBA student in penultimate year of study with outstanding academic records. Applicants should be graduated by June 2018. • Financial or business related major is preferred but not a must. • Fluent in Mandarin and English, both verbal and written. • Team player with strong sense of responsibility and work ethic. • Strong analytical skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure. • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. • Basic know-how of on shore debt capital market. • Skills in Ms Office and other data-base such as Wind/ Bloomberg is a plus. | ||||||||||
