Job Responsibility

Continue develop and optimize supply base.
-Delivery on agreed cost reduction target and localization target.
-To effect negotiations at an optimal cost level according to applicable agreement structure.
-Secure supply capacity and quality to production plants.
-Make agreements and contracts and implement these through the appropriate transaction tools.
-Co-operate in global cross-functional teams to develop and utilize strategies to maximize corporate synergies.
-Strive to attain constant improvements and increase efficiency.
-Act as main contact for all commercial issues towards supplier base.
-Administration work (e.g. transactions, updating price files, reporting of performance, resolving supplier / company issues).

Qualification

-Bachelor degree or above with engineering/supplier chain/commercial management background.
-Result driven, good interpersonal and communication skills.
-Fluent English in oral and written, be able in a variety of English communication clearly and sufficiently.
-Strong team player, self-starter and the ability to take initiatives.
-Pleasant personality, cross culture understanding, organizing and coordinating ability.
