Responsibilities:
Responsible for Automotive ADAS products (including automotive Radar, and Vision) demand creation in Greater China.
Develop & execute marketing planning & strategies for ADAS products in Great China
Work closely with product line in headquarters, with sales and application engineering in achieving revenue and design in/win targets & accurate forecasting.
Engage with key customers and distributors as part of strategic relationship building
Explore new business opportunities, evaluates feasibility, prepare business case and execute
Initiate & manage new product launches in Greater China.
Work with team on seminars & exhibitions
Requirements:
- Electronics Engineering Degree (Master and above).
- Knowledge of semiconductors and microcontrollers.
- Familiarity with Radar or Vision products.
- Experience for marketing and commercial awareness, and understanding of pricing & negotiation is a plus.
- Understanding of the automotive electronics application and products.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills coupled with good interpersonal skills.
- Customer focused outlook.
- Team working mindset and ability.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
