Management Trainee -Indursty
Location: 上海马陆
Target Major: 理工科，prefer Mechanical, Electronics, etc.
Function: Production, Quality, Engineering

We will train ambitious and talented individual to acquire knowledge, skills and experience through a systematic and intensive development program. The program is to develop the individuals for the future leadership role in all operations functions, including Production, Engineering and Quality etc. Trainee will be invited to job rotation in 4 different departments within two years in PHILIPS lighting Malu Site. Coaching plan, coach, and mentor will guide trainee on routing job and projects.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor or Master degree
2. Good executive presence and strong leadership qualities
3. Solid communication skills in both English and Mandarin
4. Positive and results oriented
5. Solid analytical & problem solving skills
6. Committed and self-motivated individual who believes and will drive for excellence
