Junior Consultant/Analyst

Our team of result-driven professionals design and implement projects in the areas of supply chain transformation, network modeling, facility layout and plant logistics, warehouse and operations management as well as automation for our clients in China.

      Task

• Work directly with client & internal teams to understand business requirement of a client organization. Identify data requirements, necessary supporting analysis, formulating strategies and solutions.

• Develop supply and distribution network structures, evaluating cost, service, and flexibility. Define optimal location and inventory levels, transportation lanes and suitable transportation strategies.

• Develop design of a facility, coordinating operations, IT Systems, Safety, and Quality. Determine layout plan, work flow processes, labor & material handing requirements and general building parameters.

• Profile

• Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Mathematics required

• Good English skill in writing and speaking

• Advanced skill with MS Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Sound knowledge in AutoCAD and network optimization software is a plus

• Excellent written/oral communication skills, strong problem solving skills, and a strong team player

  This role is for a strong professional with a clear motivation to learn methodology and to develop the required skills to design supply chain solutions. The position will provide insight into various industries and work with a strong team in an international environment and requires between 20-30% domestic and international travel.

工作职责：

• 直接与客户交流以了解客户需求。确定数据要求、 必要的辅助分析，制订战略和解决办法。

• 确定供应和分销网络的结构，评估成本和灵活性。定义最优位置和库存水平、 运输通道和适当的交通战略。

• 进一步确定设备设计、 IT 系统、 安全和质量相关问题。确定布局计划、 工作流程、 物流搬运要求和一般建筑参数。

职位要求：

• 本科及以上学历；物流、供应链管理、工业工程及数学专业

• 优秀的英语口语及写作能力

• 熟练掌握办公软件，特别是Excel和PowerPoint。最好掌握AutoCAD和网络优化软件

• 优秀的书面表达和沟通能力，善于解决问题，较强的团队意识
