Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. Good competence to communicate, express and execute;
3. Work actively and takes initiative, work efficiently under pressure and maintain team spirit;
4. Fluent in Chinese & English communication skills;
5. English proficiency basic requirements: CET-6 / TOEIC 750 / IELTS 6.

Job Description & Qualifications：

1.Be accountable for GC region health care products customer complaint registration, information verify and communicate to related production units investigation, investigate research reports by related units, prepare response letter, customer complaint information archive;
2. Coordinate to follow up related preventive action of products by customer complaint;
3. Support to check related factories quality ;
4. Compile, check, archive the quality system document;
5. Implementation and verification of audit quality system regulation in GC region;
6. Related improvement work of product safety implementation follow-up;
7. Participate in quality management system effective operation and maintenance.
