二、 招聘职位 Position

中国南部区域销售代表Title: South China RegionalSales Representative
（性别不限）(No limitation on Gender)
工作地址：Location: Guangzhou Area

岗位职责Key Responsibilities:
1． 负责客户开发和维护等工作，能够与新老客户建立良好的关系和广泛的合作；
2． 与全球的销售团队合作，制定并完成所属区域销售策略及计划；
3． 收集行业和市场信息，具有独立开拓市场的能力；
4． 学习新型制冷剂技术；向客户介绍新产品，新技术；
5． 综合协调日常销售事务，包括销售价格，售后服务；汇总协调库存需求计划，指令货源调配计划等；
6． 这个职位将为你提供丰厚的全球资源，以及广阔的发展平台和晋升空间。

1. Interact and communicate with the customer on a regular basis to determine business opportunities; Build strong relationships with existing and new client base;
2. Co-operate in global cross-functional sales teams to develop and implement regional specific sales strategy and plan to ensure profitable growth;
3. Gather, evaluate and interpret market and competition information to generate business insights;
4. Learning new refrigerant technology; Responsible for training customers of the new product and new technology;
5. Coordinate day-to-day cross-function sales activities related to pricing, quality, service support, inventories, supplies and demand creation;
6. This position will provide you with abundant global resources and a broad development platform, and accelerate your career aspirations.

任职要求：
1. 本科或以上学历，专业不限
2. 热爱销售工作，主动开发客户资源，寻找潜在商业机会，执行能力强
3. 乐观开朗，具有较强的沟通和展示的能力
4. 优秀应届毕业生；有相关行业工作背景者优先考虑
5. 有较强的自律性、执行力以及学习能力
Qualifications:
6. College/Bachelor Degree is preferred; No limitation on major;
7. Strong passion for sales work; Strong initiative to identify growth opportunities, coordinate and drive actions to influence customer;
8. Outgoing; Great presentation and communication skills;
9. Excellent fresh graduate is welcome; related working background in industry is preferred;
10. Self-discipline, self-motivation and strong learning ability.
