Thisposition belongs to Customs APAC of SQ&L and play the Customs specialistrole in Shanghai, China. This role is working in Central Customs team and reportto Process Manager.

Purpose

The purpose of this trainee program is to support the selected people togain experience of all aspects of Customs field. These people can learn allrequired skills for their future job by put into practice all instructionsgiven outlined by the senior employee within the team.

This role will be mainly focus on Customs internal control management andalso have the chance to learn HTS code classification, certification and importlicense management as well as other tasks in the team.

Main Tasks

• Daily import and export record and documentation checking according to AEO requirement
• Send an error record or notice to customs broker for any unsatisfied document and follow up till the problem be well solved.
• Communicate with other departments for project requirement, such as AEO, CMS.
• Support HTS code classification
• Support certificate and import license management
• Other assignment

CompetenceRequirements

• A master/bachelor degree in logistics/machinery/supply chain management/automobile major is preferred, International Business field can be considered as well
• Strong responsibility and work carefully
• Good ability to communicate and document
• Being able to work under pressure
• Proven team work skills
• Being trustworthy and reliable
• Good English language skills
