Responsibilities工作职责：

- Design mechanical package and internal structure for power electronic units and sub-assembly (converter, inverter, cooler, housing etc)，fulfilling functional requirements and time schedule.

- 进行电力电子控制单元以及其各部件的机械结构设计（逆变器，DC-DC变换器，散热器，外壳等），满足功能与时间表要求；

- Realization of design concept in 2D&3D format in MCAD following rules and guide lines.

- 在满足规则与要求的情况下以2D/3D的格式实现机械设计概念；

- Support senior designer to prepare design review with management and actively contribute in DFMEA, DRBFM etc.

- 帮助资深设计工程师进行设计审查，DFMEA，DRBFM等；

- Cooperation with other project team members and contribute in project SE-team meeting.

- 同项目组其它同事合作完成项目SE-team meeting。

Requirements 任职要求：

- Master degree majoring on mechanical engineering or related.

- 硕士以上学历，机械等相关专业；

- Solid theory knowledge base of mechanics and thermal behavior; logical thinking for the technical risk analysis.

- 拥有坚实的机械与热管理理论基础，具有以逻辑思考能力进行技术风险分析的能力；

- Basic understanding of the mechanical part massive production process such as die-casting; injection molding and stamping.

- 拥有机械件大批量生产过程的相关基础知识，例如die-casting，injection molding and stamping

- Creative in the solution idea generation, and be able to solve problems independently.

- 在寻找问题解决方案时具有创造性思维，有独立解决问题的能力；

- Good social skills; especially in the international communication. Fluent in both oral and written English, speaking German is a plus.

- 社交能力强，尤其在进行国际交流时。流利的英语口语与标准的书面英语表达，会德语者优先。
