Responsibilities工作职责:
- Design hardware modules of EV/HEV inverter and converters, fulfilling functional requirements and time schedule.
- 进行纯电动/混动汽车相关的电力电子逆变器,DC-DC变换器硬件设计,满足功能与时间表要求;
- Provide failure analysis and failure root cause hypothesis of EV/HEV inverter and converters, from hardware point of view.
- 从电力电子硬件角度为纯电动/混动汽车相关的电力电子逆变器,DC-DC变换器的故障分析提供技术支持;
- Carry out in-circuits verification test on EV/HEV inverters and converter, built up test setups.
- 设计并进行硬件验证实验,搭建实验平台;
- Support senior designer to prepare design review with management and actively contribute in DFMEA, DRBFM etc.
- 帮助资深设计工程师进行设计审查,DFMEA,DRBFM等;
- Cooperation with other project team members and contribute in project SE-team meeting.
- 同项目组其它同事合作完成项目SE-team meeting。
Requirements 任职要求:
- Master degree or above in power electronics, motor drives, electrical engineering or related.
- 硕士以上学历,电力电子,电力传动,电气工程等相关专业;
- Solid theory knowledge on power electronics hardware, especially on driving inverters, DC-DC converters, switching devices and its driving circuits. Having experience of building up power electronics test platforms (such as inverters, rectifier, converter) is preferred.
- 拥有坚实的电力电子理论基础,尤其是关于拖动变频器(逆变器),DC-DC变换器,电力电子开关器件及其驱动。具有搭建电力电子实验装置的经验(如逆变器,整流器,DC-DC变换器等)者更佳。
- Basic knowledge of motor control, micro-controller, SPI/CAN communication and EMC.
-拥有电机控制,微处理器,SPI/CAN通信以及电磁兼容的基础知识;
- Creative in the solution idea generation, and be able to solve problems independently.
- 在寻找问题解决方案时具有创造性思维,有独立解决问题的能力;
- Good social skills; especially in the international communication. Fluent in both oral and written English, speaking German is a plus.
- 社交能力强,尤其在进行国际交流时。流利的英语口语与标准的书面英语表达,会德语者优先。
