Position Description
Purpose of the Position:
To make sure all gauges are under quality assurance system. And no issue caused by gauges.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Conduct planned calibration activities.
- Evaluate new gauges whether need to be calibrated or not.
-Operate calibration equipment.
-Work with vendor and conduct external calibration activity.
Project involved with:
- Lead aDMAIC projects.
-Support Div. Program to achieve Division strategy goal.
Education & Experience
-B.S or above degree in Engineering relative major.
- Experience in QA function or Process would be a plus.
-Experience in Optoelectronics industry would be a plus.
Required Skills
-Good knowledge in Statistic Tools, SPC, QC Story and Quality relative tools.
- Logical thinking and data oriented.
- Problem solving and decision skill.
-Good English comprehension in listening, speaking, writing and reading.
-Familiar with calibration gauge operation.
Desired Skills
- Excellent in data analysis/ Statistical using skill are prefer.
Soft Skills
-Good personality and negotiation skill.
- Aggressive and willing to take challenge and work hard and smart.
-Project Management.
