INVISTA's Performance Solutions (PS) business is currently seeking an experienced candidate who is a self-starter that can drive change and deliver superior results for the position of Supply Chain Planning Subcontracting Administrator, Shanghai. This position will be based in our China, Shanghai office.

This position will report directly to Planning supervisor, based in Shanghai.

职位描述	This position will report directly to Planning supervisor, based in Shanghai. Responsibilities: - Subcontracting Administrator • Work closely with supply planner and logistic team to make sure outbound delivery (OBD) for raw materials are created correctly and delivered to Toller on time; • Work with buyer to follow up on the subcontracting PO to make sure all changes on delivery date are timely captured; • Work with to warehouse team to perform good receiving when finished products arrive and the raw materials are correctly consumed; • Keep track of related document such as subcontracting PO, OBD, etc. and maintain the KPIs related to tolling process. - Order fulfillment • Keep track of the key milestones of sales order and work with customer service to handle exceptions related to Available to promise (ATP) and outbound delivery (OBD), and meet monthly on time delivery target; • Work with supply planner and customer service to monitor the material available date change to perform Re-ATP and make sure downstream team is informed. - Projects • Initiate or assist in projects to improve supply chain processes and overall business ROI • Initiate projects to improve Toller performance and reduce waste. Requirements: - Minimum 1 years' experience in supply chain planning - Good understanding of supply chain and optimization methodology. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, including Excel, Visio - Proficiency in English both in oral and written communication and good presentation skill - Good critical and economical thinking and problem solving skills - At least a bachelor degree holder or equivalent in Industrial Engineering (Logistics Engineering / Logistics Management / Operation Management / Systems Engineering / Supply Chain Management) Preferences: - Chemical industry background is preferred - Experience with SAP MM is preferred - An MBA or a Master in Supply Chain Management or Industrial Engineering graduate is highly desirable.
