HML Sales (Home Mortgage Loan Sales Representative） Job Duty: To assist Manager to develop cooperation
channels of mortgage business in accordance to the Bank’s lending policies and
guidelines. To submit market research report and information
of competitors, make proper suggestion and recommendation on improvement of
work procedures. To liaise with Mainland branch colleagues and
external cooperation channels to help resolve their problems and requirements. To compile Mainland mortgage related reports and
statistics, and conduct primary analysis. Job Requirement: Diploma graduate or above. 1-3 years' sales experience is preferred. Knowledge of Mainland property market and
mortgage operations. Sense of responsibility, sensitive and strong
analytical skills on property market. Proficiency in English and Chinese word
processing and major PC software applications. 房屋按揭贷款专员 城市：广州，中山，佛山 岗位职责： 1，通过现场活动或其他渠道获取房贷业务，或跟进其他部门推荐的房贷需求； 2， 高质量地协助客户完成房贷申请并跟进审批和放款流程； 3， 提供客户满意的服务； 4， 向支行推荐新客户或其他相关业务。 岗位要求： 1，大专或以上学历 2，愿意与人沟通，有较强的表达沟通能力； 3，有银行信贷相关工作经验或房地产相关行业经验优先考虑； 4，良好的客户服务意识和销售意识，以及较强的承压能力； 5，基本的英文阅读和沟通能力。 |
