Key Responsibilities:

 

  • type candidate CVs in standard format in accordance with corporate guidelines
  • input and update candidate and client details to the company database
  • prepare letters, faxes, job specifications, advertisements and proposals to specified layout
  • upload and manage job postings on the internet
  • answer a high volume of telephone calls and take accurate messages, speaking to both clients and candidates
  • ad-hoc administrative duties

 

 

Key Requirements:

 

  • sound knowledge of PC applications (Internet, E-mail, MS Office)
  • experience in managing MS Outlook calendar is desirable
  • fluent in spoken and written English
  • Responsible and proactive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills
  • An independent personality who can work well alone and / or with colleagues in a multinational fast-paced environment
  • Immediately available
