熟练 职位描述： Education: Bachelor's 4 year degree in Industrial
Technology, Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Work Experience: Five years industrial engineering,
manufacturing engineering, and/or process engineering experience in a related industry including
experience in an ISO regulatory environment Skill/aptitude: Interpersonal: Good understanding of ISO requirements,
basic electronics, quality audits and corrective action Must have a strong orientation towards
documentation Ability to work within a fast paced
manufacturing environment Knowledge in numerical machines and various
testers Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing,
Demand Flow Manufacturing and Statistical Process Control Participates in continuing professional
education to remain current Excellent verbal and written communication
skills as well as technical writing skills Must have mechanical aptitude and be
creative Must have the ability to read prints and
process related documentation Must have problem analysis and problem
resolution skills Ability to analyze data to identify
cost/productivity improvement Time management/organizational skills Multi-tasking skills Ability to prepare and conduct employee
trainning Travel: Ability to work independently and on a team Willingness to travel up to 10% as required
