Position: HR Intern
(Shanghai)
Internship period: now till June 2017, 4 days a week
Job Responsibilities:
1. To assist the local HR to process overall HR programs;
2. Support on staff resignation/internal transfer/secondment process;
3. Prepare monthly headcount and attrition report;
4. Assist local HR to process the performance review program;
5. Maintain and follow up sick leave and annual leave report;
6. Support on related meeting PPT;
7. To fulfill the others assigned HR works.
Requirements:
8. 2018 graduates, majored in Human Resources is prefer;
9. Excellent written and Oral English;
10. Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially for Excel
11. Good analytical skills (Clear thinker)
12. Strong professional attitude & Communication Skills, assertiveness
13. Be careful
14. Proactive thinking & Quick Action orientated
15. People orientated
16. Strong sense of responsibility
17. Strong interest in HR Job & Strong passion on learning.
