职位描述：

· 为客人提供与众不同的接听体验，确保客人的需求和疑问得到满足，从而建立长期的顾客忠诚度；

· 负责接听大中华地区所有万豪酒店的预订及 销售，并建议适合的房型，满足客人的客房住宿要求；

· 遵照公司的制度与程序，以专业的水准及优质的服务为客人提供相关万豪酒店服务设施的信息；

· 万豪礼赏会员的登记。

职位要求：

1. 粤语、英语、普通话标准流利；

2. 有酒店及客服经验的应聘者优先考虑；

3. 大专以上学历；

4. 具有较好的沟通能力，有较强的销售意识和客户服务意识。
