招聘岗位：Marketing Intern, Cold Chain 市场部实习生（冷链）

工作职责：

1.       Marketing events coordination

1) Pre-activity support include coordinate with sales on hotel & meeting arrangement, Quotation preparation, bus arrangement, literature & gift sending and MRF application.

2) On-site support include conference room layout, literature & gift distribution and dinner arrangement

3) Customer database cleansing and analysis, contact with Finance for event expense payment.

2.       Marketing internal support

1) Marketing event gift purchase, management, distribution and payment

2) Literature printing, distribution and payment

3) SharePoint regular maintenance, and update to all relative person timely

4) Alibaba platform service (reply customer's inquiry online, ref inquiry tracking, weekly enquiry summary, service for whole purchase process on Alibaba store)

3.       Hotline service & database cleansing

1) Receiving calls from customers for compressor registration, purchase and after-sale service and help them solve the problems.

2)  Hotline inquiry and online inquiry tracking and solving timely to meet customers' requirement.

3) Regularly call back customers with the customer's name list from the promotion activities to get the detailed information about customers.

4) Monthly sorted & summarized report for hotline and website inquiries and database cleansing clearly and timely.

任职要求：

1.Bachelor or above

2.English is workable

3.Refrigeration background will be preferred
