Responsibility:
1. Installing and configuring computer systems (WIN 7)
2. Provide Helpdesk service for the End users in IT relate support include Microsoft office, Email, PC Hardware & software issues and printing issues, etc.
3. PBX and network cabling troubleshooting.
4. IT relate purchasing hardware & software and IT Asset management
5. Analyze and sign Service Desk calls and tickets
6. Analyze Global desk service report monthly including virus software report and SCCM client report.
7. assisting other IT engineers in their daily job
Skill:
1. major in computer science, information systems, or IT related subjects
2. Good communication skills, Fluent in Chinese and English.
3. General knowledge in IT, experience in IT helpdesk is preferred
4. Customer service focused, strong sense of responsibility
5. Team working spirit and willing to offer assistance to others
