Linux DriverDevelopment Engineer

Responsibilities:

-       Develop / maintain Linux BSP drivers withquality for i.MX portfolio on Freescale reference boards to support Linux andAndroid.

-       Profile / optimize system and driverperformance.

-       Analyze, investigate and resolve system levelissues together with other teams.

-       Review SoC reference manual, write driver designdocument and Linux BSP reference manual.

-       Actively support our key customers.

-       Linux BSP code upstream.

Requirements:

-       Bachelor or master degree in electrical orelectronic engineering, computer science or relevant disciplines.

-       Familiar with assembly or C/C programming andembedded OS like Linux or RTOS.

-       Extensive embedded software development experienceincluding device drivers and consumer embedded applications.

-       Deeply understanding of Linux device drivermodel and Linux kernel. 

-       Experience in one of following area ispreferred: 
? The real experience for the device driver development for Linux.
? Understand audio drivers
? Graphics, image processing

Android Development Engineer

Responsibilities:

MCU System Engineer

 

Responsibilities:

-       SupportARM Cortex-M based MCU portfolio applications

-       Developreference solutions on both hardware and software for specific segmentapplications

-       Investigateand analyze industrial market applications and competitors’ solutions

-       Documentingdesign and system level applications technical training

-       Supportsales/marketer/FAE and distributor for general MCU applications

-       Workwith customers to develop and analyze system and performance requirements

-       Supportdesigner, system architecture engineer and product marketer engineer for newproduct introduction

Requirements:

-       Bacheloror master degree in Microelectronics, Electronics, Electrical Engineering,Computer Science or relevant disciplines

-       Goodknowledge and have experience in hardware design and embedded system development

-       Goodknowledge and experience in C/C and ASM programming

-       Knowledgeon RTOS is a plus

-       Goodknowledge of microcontroller operation, microcontroller peripherals and systems

-       Knowledgeon wireless connectivity such as BLE, Wifi, Zigbee is a plus.

-       Excellentcommunications and presentation skills.

-       ExcellentEnglish ability in listening, speaking, reading and writing.

MCU Software Development Engineer

Responsibilities:

-       Develop / port / maintain core MCU software(bare metal software, RTOS, driver, stack and boot loader, etc. with qualityto support Microcontroller portfolios.

-       Profile / optimize the code size / performanceof the software.

-       Analyze, investigate and resolve system levelissues.

-       Write design document and MCU software referencemanual.

-       Build expertise on specific application areas.

-       Actively support key customers and mass marketcustomers.

Requirements:

-       Bacheloror master degree in electrical or electronic engineering, computer science orrelevant disciplines.

-       Goodunderstanding on general MCU architecture and peripherals.

-       Solidknowledge on assembly or C/C programming and embedded system.

-       Goodunderstanding on MCU SW tool chain / compiler / debugger.

-       Experiencein one of following areas is preferred: RTOS kernel development, driver development,and stack development.

-       Familiaritywith RTOS is a plus.

-       Experiencewith ARM based MCU is a plus.

Design Validation Engineer

Responsibilities:

-       Build FPGA prototyping system, and setup FPGAsimulation environment

-       Do RTL changing work during porting ASIC designto FPGA platform.

-       Do Verification in module level and chiplevel. 

-       Define the validation plan, create and executevalidation test both on the pre-silicon and post-silicon validation platform

-       Responsible for finding out the design/docissues,  and providing the workaround

Requirements:

-       MS in Communications, Microelectronics orComputer engineering

-       Familiar with Xilinx device structure &synplicity tools (synplify_premier, identify, certify & Xilinx ISE/PARtools

-       Familiar with Verilog HDL

-       Familiar with software development, and on-boarddebugging;

-       Strong background in C

-       Big plus with

? Experience in IAR and CodeWarrior debugger Tool

? Logic simulators and debug tools (VCS, NCSIM, Verdi andetc.

? With experience in DDR, LPDDR2, DDR2, USB 2.0 or Ethernet

-       Experience in ARM M0 , M4 and M7 based MCU
