Qualifications
• Bachelor degree or above, major in Human Resources, Management or related majors;
• Language requirements: CET-6 (included) English; less than 2 years experience in the related field;
• Background in PE, VC investment, and market development.
• Excellent investment analysis software user
• Strong numeric skills
• Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
General Responsibilities
• Assist in HNA Tourism headquater’s HR policy, system maintenance and key projects monitoring and implementation.
• Assist in improving overall Human Resources management system, training and personal progress of key personnel; ensure communication and feedback exchange have been delivered.
• Assist management in the implementation of recruitment projects, performance management, talent development and the practice of corporate culture in subsidiary business.
