1 通过电话方式与客户(各大医院医生)保持沟通,维护长期良好的客户关系(医生, 医学专家等)
2 挖掘潜在客户,收集相关信息,建立客户档案并维护更新
3 通过多渠道(电话、彩信、邮件等)向客户传递产品信息,并解答客户疑问,确保客户满意
4 参与本部门培训及考核,提高专业知识和技能
任职资格:
1 具有呼叫中心工作经验者优先.
2 良好的沟通技巧和电话客户服务技巧
3 熟练掌握办公软件
4 性格外向,工作积极主动,有责任心,良好的抗压能力
5.应届医学,药学等相关专业毕业生也可投递
