职能类别:采购助理 Job Description *To create traveller online profile via Amex Travel platform for Agencies and update the traveller profile summary to Manager, to follow up ad hoc matters *To play a key implementation role in roll out Amex Travel Services to China Agencies *To support Publicis Groupe Hotel Programme annual update & collect information from Agencies for Groupe’s new RFP *To run AMEX reports on monthly / quarterly basis *To collect & consolidate data and information from Agencies or Suppliers per different contract, categories of services / products, etc, *To assist Manager in spending analysis at early stage, such as generate the spending data from KD or BCC system *To follow up low level disputes, complaints and solve simple problems from Agencies and/or Suppliers *To maintain Groupe contracts, build up database of Groupe suppliers, update Agency List per Master Contract format *To create vendor code with Master File team when a Groupe supplier is selected *To assist Manager to set up monthly / quarterly / annual call & meeting with Groupe suppliers or Agencies *To do any tasks that Manager assigns from time to time Education/Qualifications: *Bachelor Degree holder in Accounting/Finance/Treasury/Business Administration or any related major is preferred *Excellent skills in MS software, Email, etc. *Experience in use of financial system is preferred *Excellent command of Mandarin and Cantonese *Good command of writing and reading skills in English, oral English skill is preferred
