Main Responsibilities:
Establish and document processes, and monitor when necessary to ensure process reliability under regular supervision;
Continue to optimize manufacturing process by using fundamental statistical control and process designed experimentation to enhance manufacturing operation;
Troubleshoot process problems, recommend and implement solutions with supervisor’s help when needed;
Adapt basic techniques and methods to develop process quality control methods for use by operators/technicians to ensure consistent quality product;
Assist in the training and improvement of technical skills of production personnel;
Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualification:
Fresh graduate with Master degree major in Electrical, Mechanical , engineering or other related disciplines;
Fluent English communication skill both in written and oral;
