a variety of global sourcing projects, management of large strategic categories and logistics across the

Job description:

1. Market research on commodity price development

2. Updating & maintaining database, and building up new tools

3. Apply advanced Microsoft tools on price comparison analysis

4. Support team presentation & team reports with PowerPoint

5. Administrative tasks including assisting teammates on VISA application, reimbursement, etc.

6. Support negotiations preparation (e.g. ARIBA support)

Requirements:

1. Ability to work under pressure and handle multi-tasking

2. Ability to communicate effectively in a diverse multicultural working environment

3. Strong teamwork ability and interpersonal skills

4. Open-minded, curious and eager to learn new things

5. Strong analytical skills, Willing to ask questions, Strategic Sourcing insights

6. Ability to communicate effectively in a diverse multicultural environment

7. Excellent Microsoft Skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.

8. Fluent English skills in speaking and writing

9. High energy individual with "Can Do" attitude.
