Our team is growing and we are looking to host an intern to work with us starting as soon as possible in our Shanghai offices as a Finance Analyst Intern. Among the task to executive will be: 

? As an analyst you will help your manager in his daily tasks and operations.  

? Be involved in the M&A team dealing with the whole process since the origination until the closing. 

? Prepare proposals for clients learn how to attract and engage clients.  

? You will have the change to manage a project under the supervision and guidance of your manager.  

? Be involved in the Public Listing team to learn how to bring a company public.  

? Client Management dealing with CEO and CFOs. 

? Provide analysis of the Clients Company and valuations.  

? Conduct market research   

Requirements: 

? Degree in Finance, Accountancy and related. 

? Highly numerate, analytical and business focused. 

? Fluent in English. 

? High attention to detail, meticulous and able to work under pressure 

? Able to work independently and with a high degree of commitment and integrity. 

? Advance Excel knowledge, knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus.
